A civil and criminal law practitioner, Sunil has extensive experience since 1982, in banking and securitization, corporate, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, arbitrations, insurance, real estate, collaborations and joint venture agreements. Besides appearing in various Courts, Tribunals and Fora in property, labour, matrimonial, motor accidents, tele-communications laws etc. and rendering legal advice on assignment of assets to Asset Reconstruction Companies including ACE enterprises, ARCIL, Edelweiss, IFCI to name a few, he has also been associated with some very big prestigious projects on behalf of Bank of India involving drafting of documents for finance and security for Narmada Hydroelectric Development Corporation Limited, Unitech Limited, DLF Limited, etc.
