Satinder has rich and extensive experience of more than three decades in the field of Human Resources and Labour Law Compliance. He has worked with some of the leading domestics companies & Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in India, like, Caparo Group of Companies, Rockman Industries Ltd., Federal Mogul, Goetze India Ltd. (Escorts Group), Bata India, Advani Group, Amtek India, Jaipuria Group and SequelOne / Mynd Solutions to name a few.

He passed LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and holds an MBA degree in Human Resources.

He is also a Member of the All India Management Association and National HRD Network.
