Akriti Singh is a dedicated legal professional currently working with the Banking and Finance team at Lex Indis. A graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Noida, she has developed a strong foundation in commercial and financial laws, specializing in matters pertaining to banking and debt recovery. With over two years of professional experience, Akriti has been actively engaged in advising and representing leading financial institutions, including HDFC Bank, Bank of India (BOI), and Bank of Maharashtra (BOM), among others.

Her work primarily involves handling matters under the SARFAESI Act, Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, and related litigation concerning loan defaults, enforcement of security interests, and settlement agreements. Akriti regularly appears and assists in proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, and Debt Recovery Tribunal gaining hands-on experience in drafting petitions, interlocutory applications, and pleadings, as well as conducting case research and client coordination.
