Aastha Pitale is a 2024 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, with a focus in civil and commercial litigation as well as arbitration. She has a keen interest and is adept at handling banking matters before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).  She has assisted and successfully managed civil and arbitration cases before District Courts and proceedings before the Delhi High Court. Her work encompasses drafting pleadings, conducting comprehensive legal research, and contributing to strategy formulation for a diverse range of matters.
